Title: Maintenance PlannerShift: 1stLocation: Middle FieldPay: $65,000 to $75,000Description:
Maintain and execute the Preventative Maintenance Program, update and maintain PM's of equipment in the facility.
With support of Maintenance Leadership, coordinate maintenance to critical equipment at an appropriate frequency based on manufacturers’ recommendation and/or historical needs.
Interface with Maintenance, Supply Chain and Production Management to ensure effective work prioritizing and scheduling.
Organize and distribute work tasks to maximize plant efficiency and minimize production down time.
Create and/or review Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Follow up with appropriate personnel when additional information is required.
Manage maintenance inventory to ensure that parts are available as needed, that we adhere to defined asset levels and that controls are in place to ensure data is accurate and reflective of what is in stock.
Ensure all information is captured and generate reports as required for both inventory and CMMS systems. Develop KPI reporting.
Support maintenance purchasing activities as needed using SAP and SRM.
Provide support for tracking of all maintenance spending. Assist Maintenance Manager in the budgeting process through monthly reporting and review.
